Our Blackout Flat Roman Shades offer premium and durable woven fabrics. The Vectora fabrics are a solid color with no patterns designed to give complete privacy and light blocking. Ideal for rooms where light blocking is important such as bedrooms, nurseries and television rooms. Available in a range of nine colors that will compliment your decor. This group of roman shades is custom made in the flat style, meaning the fabric will lay flat when in the down or closed position and the fabric is raise in neat roman shade folds. The Blackout Vectora pattern is also available in a hobbled blackout roman shades style.
