Our Blackout Roller Shades offer the classic simplicity of roller shades while blocking out unwanted light. The Reminiscent series of fabrics makes up our blackout rollers group 1. The Reminiscent fabrics have a fabric content of 3 ply vinyl and 1 ply fiberglass, allowing it to prevent light from passing through it, giving you the privacy you desire. They also provide a neutral white color to the street side of the shade.
Note: On all Roller Shades, the width ordered will be from "tip to tip" of the operating mechanism. For proper operation, the fabric width will be narrower than the width ordered. This can produce small light gaps on each side of the shade. To compensate, you may want to order an outside mounted shade. Also, due to the characteristics of some shade materials, some shades tend to track to one side or the other. These characteristics should not be considered a defect.
