Our collection 2 of PVC Backed Vertical Blinds contains two patterns, Waves and Vienna. Waves has soft wave like patterns that flow over the backdrop of the fabric color. Vienna is a very clean bond stitch fabric with no discernable pattern. To allow for greater light control, privacy and insulation, these soft and luxurious fabrics are inserted into a PVC Backing. The PVC Backing is available in your choice of either white or ivory color, providing a uniform neutral color to the streetside of the vertical blinds.
