Customize your American 1" Aluminum Mini Blinds

The blind is mounted inside the window opening for a clean, tailored look. When selecting the size of your blinds, enter the exact dimensions of your window opening. Do NOT enter the size of an old/existing blind. The factory will make a 1/2" deduction off the ordered width for a proper fit. Please make sure your window meets the minimum inside mount depth required to accommodate the brackets, or the flush mount depth if desired. Depth requirements can be found on the product page.

The blind is mounted on the wall or window trim outside and above the window, covering an area larger than the window opening. Outside mount is required if your window opening is not deep enough to install the blind as an inside mount or if you want to make your window appear larger than it is. When measuring your blinds make sure to adjust the size for proper overlap.

Best for Kids™ - The standard cordless lift uses a 1" x 1 1/2" (Height x Depth) steel headrail with white end caps. Operated by lifting the bottom rail to raise it and pulling on the bottom rail to lower it. Ideal for homes with children or pets, cordless lift completely eliminates the dangling cord hazards of traditional cord-controlled window blinds.

Best for Kids™ - The premium cordless lift uses premium cordless modules to control the lifting and lowering of the blind, housed inside a 1 1/2" x 1 3/4" (Height x Depth) aluminum headrail with color coordinated end caps, and provides self-leveling functionality. Operated by lifting up the handle on the bottom rail to raise it and pulling down on the handle to lower it. Ideal for homes with children or pets, cordless lift completely eliminates the dangling cord hazards of traditional cord-controlled window blinds.

Best for Kids™ - Simple push button motorization using the attached wand control. Click the up or down button to tilt the slats; press the up or down button to lift or lower the blind. The top and bottom limits are preset based on the ordered shade height, use the middle button to set your favorite position. Includes an external rechargeable battery. Charging port is built into the wand. USB-C charger is a separately priced option. Will operate for 6 months between charges based on average use. Wand shaft is clear with white cord inside. Wand pendant is color coordinated. Child safe cordless operation.

Best for Kids™ - Radio Frequency motor with an external rechargeable Li-ion battery that is mounted separately from the shade. The blind is controlled by a remote control and has features of setting the upper limit, lower limit and your favorite position. The motorized blind will be programmed with top and bottom limits at the factory. The motorization operates the lift and tilt of the blind. Includes motor, external battery, and one charger per order. Child safe operation.

Best for Kids™ - Traditional method of tilting the slats open or closed. When you rotate the wand in one direction, the slats open, and when you rotate it in the opposite direction, the slats will close. Wand is clear.

Spacer blocks are used with mounting brackets to provide 3/8" of additional space between the mounting surface and the blinds. Typically used for clearance when installing blinds above raised trim, molding or window framing. Available on outside mounts only.

Mounted on the wall or door to support the bottom rail of the blinds, preventing the blinds from swaying. Recommended for French Doors. Available on outside mount only.

The lift cords run from inside the headrail down to the bottom rail through the slats and is what allows your selected lift type to raise and lower the blind. The lift cord color is white.

Ladder cords support the slats and are what allow the wand to tilt the slats open and closed. Ladder cords are color coordinated with the selected slat color.
