At we take the stress out of measuring and ordering your custom window treatments. We understand that mistakes can happen, so we created our Measuring Guarantee to provide peace of mind to our customers.

In the unlikely event that you make a mistake measuring and your blinds don't fit then simply contact us within 15 days of delivery and we will remake your blinds for FREE! You only pay if there is a difference in pricing between the old and new blind (if applicable) and for the remake shipping charges. Always read and follow the measuring instructions for the product(s) you are going to order, this will help eliminate measuring errors.

Additional Measuring Guarantee guidelines:

  • You must contact us prior to shipping any product(s) to obtain an authorization number. Unauthorized shipments will be refused.
  • Remakes must be the same product, options and color as the original blind/shade. We may opt to trim your blind/shade to the correct size.
  • Limit 1 free remake per window and 2 total per customer and/or household. Additional remakes are available at a discounted price.
  • Original product must be returned to AwardBlinds before the remake is shipped. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
  • Intended for blinds/shades that are too large and do not fit inside the window opening (inside mount) or are too small and do not cover the window (outside mount). Not intended for slightly adjusting the size due to preference. Does not cover situations where the width and height were swapped. Pictures may be requested.
  • Not valid for oversize blinds or blinds made outside of manufacturer warranty specifications. Not valid for motorized blinds or shades. Not valid for Sheer Window Shadings. Not valid for Roman Shades. Not valid for multiple blinds per headrail (2-on-1 or 3-on-1 headrails).
  • Not valid for measurements made by contractors, professional installers, or any other hired professional.
  • Commercial and contract quote orders are not eligible.
  • No returns or cash refunds.
