The Budget Cordless TDBU 9/16" Single Cell Blackout shades pair a cordless top down bottom up lift system with a blackout fabric, giving you even more control over the amount of natural light that enters your room while ensuring that you have the right amount of privacy. An internal metal layer inside each cell adds even more thermal insulation when compared to a light filtering cellular shade. In addition to the room darkening ability of this product and its top down bottom up lift, these cellular shades are budget priced to be easy on your wallet. Geared towards families with children, these shades are also child and pet safe, with no dangling cords. The cellular shade material is a high quality spun lace blackout fabric. The headrail and bottomrail are color coordinated to the shade fabric, making for a beautifully finished product.

- Headrail, bottomrail, and endcaps are made from durable PVC that is color coordinated to the shade fabric.

- Cordless top down bottom up lifting system allows for increased privacy control through two moving rails, the middlerail and bottomrail.
- Fabric is made of point bond, non-woven fabric that is 100% polyester that is a white/neutral color on the back-side for a uniform street appearance. Fabric width is approximately 1/8" smaller than the headrail and bottomrail.
- Brackets snap onto the head rail for easy installation. Brackets can be mounted to the top/ceiling or rear/wall. Side mount brackets are not available.
- Cordless handles are clear 100% PVC handles that snap onto the middlerail and bottomrail for easy operation of the shade. Shades over 38" width will have 2 cordless middlerail handles and 2 cordless bottomrail handles.
- The ability to fully raise or lower the shade depends on the reach of the operator.
- All factory measurements and deductions can have a ±3/16" variance
