Best for Kids™ - Traditional method of tilting the slats open or closed. When you rotate the wand in one direction, the slats open, and when you rotate it in the opposite direction, the slats will close. Perfect for homes with children and/or pets.

Valance Side Returns

	No Side Returns (Flush Inside Mount) Select this option if your mounting depth is at least 3 1/2" deep and you want a flush inside mount. If your window opening depth is not deep enough for a flush inside mount then we recommend the inside mount side returns.
	Inside Mount Side Returns If you do not have enough depth for a flush inside mount then select this option. The side returns will provide a finished look covering the exposed headrail sides. Side return size is 1/2" (measured from the inside/back of the valance to the end of the side return). The valance width will be approximately 1" wider than the than the blind width to accommodate the side returns (measured on the inside/back of the valance, between the side returns).
	Outside Mount Side Returns Designed to cover the sides of the headrail on outside mount blinds providing a clean, finished look. Side return size is 3" (measured from the inside/back of the valance to the end of the side return). The valance width will be approximately 1" wider than the than the blind width to accommodate the side returns (measured on the inside/back of the valance, between the side returns).
	Custom Side Returns Custom side returns made to the size required for your unique installation. Side return size is measured from the inside/back of the valance to the end of the side return. The face of the side return is approximately 1/2" longer. Price: $5.45 $3.00 (our price)

Valance Width

	Standard Valance Width Select this option for the standard valance width. The standard valance width is based on the selected mount type and valance side returns. This is the option selected for the majority of installations.
	Custom Valance Width Intended to cover a single blind the custom valance will be made to a specific width unique to your installation. If selected you will be prompted to enter the exact valance width desired. Ideal for inside mount blinds that have a larger width at the top of the opening compared to the smallest width of the opening. Valances with a finished face width over 90" wide will be center spliced (miter-cut). Ordered width is measured on the inside/back of the valance, between the side returns or from end to end if no side returns are ordered. Price: $13.64 $7.50 (our price)
	Shared Common Valance Select this option for all of the blinds that will share this common valance. Price is per blind. The common valance is intended to cover multiple side-by-side blinds. If selected you will be prompted to enter the total valance width. The valance width will be factory adjusted based on the side return type selected. Reference the measuring instructions for this product to properly measure for a common valance. Valances with a finished face width over 90" wide will be center spliced (miter-cut). Valance Decorative Keystone

The decorative keystone will add dimensional appeal to the valance. The valance will be spliced with the keystone positioned in the center. The color and design of the keystone will match the valance style ordered. Assembly of the valance and keystone may be required. Standard Headrail

Standard headrail configuration also referred to as a 1-on-1 headrail, a single blind is on the headrail.

2-on-1 Headrail

Allows two independently operated blinds to share one common headrail. Ideal for large window openings that one single blind cannot cover. Provides increased light control plus two smaller blinds are easier to operate than one large blind. Options that have a surcharge will be charged twice, one for each blind on the headrail.

The Signature 2" Faux Wood Blinds are available in a wide selection of popular colors. Natural-hued wood grains and solid colors across smooth and textured finishes give these faux wooden blinds the look of real wood, with the extra benefits of faux wood. Made of durable, long-lasting components that are resistant to fading and yellowing, are lead free, and are moisture resistant. Constructed of durable engineered polymer material, our faux wood slats won’t crack, chip, or fade. Select between 3 different valance designs, giving your blind a finished look that fits your style. Great for high humidity areas like bathrooms and laundry rooms, or any room that you want to add a touch of class. No one will know it is not real wood! Headrail width has a 1/4" deduction on outside mounts and 3/4" deduction on inside mounts to accommodate the installation brackets.
Box brackets can be mounted to the ceiling (top), wall (back), or side mount. Center support brackets can be mounted to the ceiling (top) and wall (back) only (included and required for blinds wider than 48").
Wand Tilt: Child safe tilt option controlled by rotating the tilt wand. Uses a color coordinated wand for controlling the tilt mechanism. Custom wands over 48" in length are clear plastic.
Wand Tilt: Wand length based on ordered height. 24" or less has 12" Wand. 24 1/8" to 36" has 20" Wand. 36 1/8" to 48" has 24" Wand. 48 1/8" to 72" has 36" Wand. 72 1/8" and greater has 48" Wand.
Tilting: Proper operation of tilting the slats is intended to be downward, not upward. Some light may pass between tilted slats. Tilt closure is not intended to be fully light tight.
Raising & Lowering: Slats should be tilted fully open before raising the blind. Do not raise the blind with the slats tilted closed.
Cordless XL: Features a 2" x 1" (depth x height) trapezoid bottomrail that provides a contoured, modern look along with improved blind operation (slat tilting & rotating).
Cordless XL: Ability to fully raise the blind will be limited to the reach of the person operating the blind.
Cordless XL: Routes are positioned approximately 2 1/2" from the end of the slat for blinds less than 14" wide, 3" for blinds 14" to 16" wide, 4 1/2" for blinds 16 1/8" to 20" wide, and 5" for blinds over 20" wide (from the end of the slat - net widths).
Lift & Lock Cordless: Features a 2" x 1" (depth x height) rectangular aluminum bottomrail that is color-coordinated to the slat color. Rail color is factory selected.
Lift & Lock Cordless: Ability to fully raise the blind will be limited to the reach of the person operating the blind.
Lift & Lock Cordless: Routes are positioned approximately 3" from the end of the slat for blinds less than 18 1/8" wide, and 4 3/4" from the end of the slat for all others.
Valance Side Returns: No Side Returns (Flush Inside Mount) - Valance is 1/8" (+/- 3/16") less width than the ordered width.
Valance Side Returns: Inside Mount Side Returns - Valance is 2" (+/- 3/16") wider than the ordered width (on the face of the valance) to extend the valance wide enough for the side returns to clear the blind.
Valance Side Returns: Outside Mount Side Returns - Valance is 2" (+/- 3/16") wider than the ordered width (on the face of the valance) to extend the valance wide enough for the side returns to clear the blind.
Valance Side Returns: Outside Mount Side Returns - Blinds ordered with spacer blocks will automatically lengthen the default 3" valance return length by 3/8".
Valances will color coordinate to the slat color of the blind. Due to dye lot differences, valances are not guaranteed to be an exact match to the slat color.
All valances utilize magnetic valance clips. The magnetic valance clips have a projection adjustment feature. By pulling the clips outward, they can provide an additional 1/4" projection.
The headrail is intended to be covered by the included valance. Due to this the headrail may have small dents, scratches and/or marks. This is common and is not considered damage. The valance will cover these imperfections when installed.
The headrail is metal and any exposed edges may be sharp to the touch. Please handle with care when installing the blinds.
Color coordinated tassels, headrail, bottomrail, ladders and cords. Color coordinated means that each component color (chosen by the manufacturer) will coordinate with the slat color (not an exact match).
Dusting: Use an ordinary soft, clean cloth. Lower the blind to its full length, tilt the slats almost fully closed and dust. Then dust the reverse side of the slats in the same manner.
Vacuuming: To use your vacuum for cleaning your blind, use the brush attachment provide with your vacuum. Use the same procedure as mentioned above.
Damp Cleaning: To wipe your blinds, use a soft cloth or sponge. Use warm or cold water - NOT hot water. Place toweling on the floor or sill and wipe the blind in sections.
Flame Resistant – NFPA #701 (Smooth, Textured, and Rustic slats only - Modern slats are not flame resistant).
Height may be up to 1" longer due to the overlap required for the 2" slats - this is typical on 2" horizontal blinds.
Indoor use only. Not intended for outdoor/unconditioned spaces.
All factory measurements and deductions can have a ±3/16" variance
