At AwardBlinds.com we are confident in the quality of the products we sell. If you are not happy we will attempt to correct the problem so you are satisfied. If any product has a manufacturing defect or shipping damage it will be replaced or repaired at no cost to you. If you are unsatisfied for any reason we offer a discounted price to re-order a different product or options. Please make sure you are mounting your product correctly, that is key in making it function and appear as designed. If you ordered samples and the color of the sample is significantly different from the product you received then you can return the product upon manufacturer approval.

All of our products are custom made so you cannot return any products for reasons other than those listed in this policy. All approved returns will either be remade, repaired or refunded in the form of a lifetime store credit redeemable at AwardBlinds.com. If for any reason your order does not meet the return requirements, we offer an OOPS discount for re-ordering products at a discounted price. Please contact us for details.

Returns require prior authorization and must meet the following guidelines:

  • Satisfaction Guarantee will be honored within 30 days of delivery.
  • All of our products are custom made based on measurements that you provide. Due to this, customer measuring errors are not eligible for return.
  • Products cannot be returned due to dissatisfaction with the color/quality/texture of the material unless your product is significantly different from the color sample you received, excluding natural products (wood blinds, woven wood shades). Samples must have been ordered prior to placing your order and have been received within 30-days of the date your placed your order.
  • Oversize products are returnable for manufacturing defects and/or warranty repair only.
  • Commercial, contract quote, and orders over $500 are returnable for manufacturing defects and/or warranty repair only.
  • Products ordered beyond the recommended size limitations are returnable for shipping damages only.
  • Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable.
  • Returns are limited to products from one order per customer and/or household unless it is for shipping damage or defects. Product defects must be approved by the manufacturer prior to a return authorization being issued.
